QMR Enterprises, Incorporated is a woman and military spouse owned company lead by Mrs. Margaret Bryant Rashid. Earning her Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in the early 90s, Organizational Management Leadership Certification, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) Certifications, Mrs. Rashid utilized her keen skills of strategic planning, collaboration, and customer service to render herself invaluable to the organizations she served. This professionalism and service was nurtured at an early age by her father who encouraged volunteerism, extracurricular activity, and scholarship and perfected in her service to her military community as the wife of a military officer.
Margaret’s career started as an AS400 operator with Clarke America Check Printers while in college and her post college externship with GTE Mobilnet where she served as an AUTOCAD drafter of cellular towers. Both positions informed her project management abilities. Taking courses via Military education systems to fortify her skillset, she never walked away from a challenge which enhanced her technical and organizational management skills. From there, she brought others alongside her to meet team, department, corporate, Enterprise-wide, and Agency missions. Building a career as she supported her husband’s 30-year Army career appeared seamless as it was accomplished over 7 states and 2 countries. If strategic visionaries and collaborative program managers are what your organization needs, look no further than QMR Enterprises, Incorporated.
